The strength of a woman

My name is Linda Ayuba, Tiput from Northeast, Nigeria, where women hardly express their view on society issues and life challenge, I pray and fight for a society where women are respected, where people with challenges (disabilities) live and no discrimination where they are free and given the opportunity to contribute positively to society and their immediate community. I am Advocate of peace in my community, a pillar of change a mentor to the teens and others around me. In my little corner I effect change and believe one day it will be felt.

Hello, dear Linda,

Welcome to World Pulse! It is such a joy to know another voice from Nigeria is rising up!

I love your vision, dear sister. We stand with you. Please continue to write your stories and experiences as a woman, as a peace advocated and as a mentor. Looking forward to reading more from you! Hope you can connect with our sisters here, too.

I'm curious how did you learn about World Pulse.

Welcome again to our growing online family.

Dear Linda,
You are most welcome to world pulse and a big congrats on your first post. I like the cause you are working on, for women and women with disabilities. Splendid!
I agreed all these women are very vulnerable in their societies due to taboos and societal norms.
Keep up the fight and surely you will be felt. Have a great weekend and take care of yourself.
Warm regards
