RURAL POVERTY AND MALE DOMINANTS

I think women facing problem day to day life. I am Janaki for my age is 74. I am illiterate women having five children. All are daughter. My husband belong to farmer. After my marriage, many days , I was sleep in without food. My care is about my children's with full foods. My husband search the job in out side,it may be get the ob ,some time not available of job.Husband health care is very important, he has been back bone of my family.Money is very essential in Indian life. If not there,every one met survivability problem will come. In South India,State of Tamil Nadu, selling water Rs.10/- per ltr for drinking purpose.

My life has going smoothly, my husband unable to provide the education in all my daughters. He had been developed male dominants thoughts.Daughters growing very fast. We will have to arrange marriages.Our initial saving nothing..Some relative people come and ask without your expenses, we will marry your daughter.My husband accepted this proposal.but, bride ages differences more than 15yrs gape. I felt that but helpless at the moment. Due to more children born in my stomac, facing some problem. I was visited Govt doctors, H e had given the control of pain tablet..

My father given some land for my life security.Unfotunately, I sold that land and purchase the my father-in-law action(having some over dues in 1962)land. If not recover the land It was goes to action in low market.

My husband having along with five brothers. My husband is elder in the family.My father-in-law given register in long term lease,if we are not recover in four years,you can able to keep in use in long term use.

All are growing,every one wanted money, my husband allowed my land to his brothers put any shop without any condition. I am having some small child. I was unable to ask anything in the matter.

After that UDR scheme has come in the Government.It means, who are enjoying the land , can able to get the patta it mean real owner.Our all brother-in-laws done in their name. I was really not known this type of news. We verify one time to check the Patta .This shows ,alla are get the patta's. I was stunned. How did i happened. I was asked my husband. He had to say like this , This was your 'father -in-law' properties, all legal heirs can able to get the land. You will not oppose the brothers . We are having daughters, we depends them. I was confused, They did not any help to support when my daughters marriage expenses in sharing basis.

I was start with issue. my land, I was unable to get any revenue.They are all enjoying in long term lease land,Now they said that , we back the previous amount(1962)loan.I told them that , I was lost the profit from our vacant land,I can able to purchase 80% cost land at the time. I don't have much money.That was the reason, I got long term lease land.Land cost money value everything considerable. Land value 4000% high at present. because, our area also urbanized. Some one told me, you dont have male child. Why are you expecting all this land.My husband fight with me. I am staying my daughter house. Due to male dominants, made he judge in male side. Govt department unable to control I was applied the stay order.I did not get it.Police complaint will not helpful as for the women. I was confused in the present.
