Olutope Olatilewa E. (nickname-Topsie) is a visionary entrepreneur, born and raised in Nigeria. She is a business and idea strategist; she teaches economic empowerment by helping people turns their ideas into reality. She is the Founder/CEO of Business Without Boundaries(BwB).

Topsie Olatilewa is a savvy entrepreneur with passion for business, technology, social media, ICT, entrepreneurship, innovation and joint-ventures. She has lead and collaborates with professional team both locally and globally to execute various project in a timely manner among who are MasterCard Foundation and Ashoka Changemakers Future Forward Program as Facilitator, Global VA Week-Africa, OIVAC, African VA, Global Entrepreneurship Week etc. She actively seeks and establishes business relationship with global companies who want to have a business presence in Africa especially Nigeria.

Business Without Boundaries trains people to think, act, and lead differently through holistic approach to professional development training in business & career development. She has trained and mentored thousands of people in various business start-up, growth and expansion.

Being an African lady, Olutope is passionate about Africa, the people and passionate about transforming Africa. She is also the founder of African Changemakers, a catalyst for empowerment and change for women, youth and girls in Africa and around the world. She thrives to give back through mentoring, training, and public speaking to empower people. She is championing entrepreneurship, leadership development and social innovation education for youth, women and girls in Africa.

With foresight and passion, Olutope goes beyond the status quo and makes things happen. She is an inspiring leader and team leader, and for those of you who had the opportunity to collaborate with her, they could agree that not only is she a woman of great energy and intelligence, but she also has a big heart for social change in Africa.

Olutope embarked on her professional career in USA at the Medgar Ever College (Cuny), New York for Computer Information System, took online certificate and diploma training with Alison and VAClassroom in business and ICT before returning to Nigeria. She is an Ashoka Changemakers Scholar, Vital Voices Fellow, Lead City Voices Awardee 2015, and West Africa 2014 Ampioneer for Ampion Venture.

She is a single mother of two boys (Twins), her hobbies are reading, traveling, music, dancing, and networking. Get to know her more & present her with opportunity for collaboration & partnership.
