We are born to be new leaders of the beautiful world

It would be so boring to hear again about an Asia country where boys are desired and girls are unwanted. But I’m not going to tell you another cruel story as I was born in 1985, they don’t kill girls at that time in Vietnam.

My father has two wives. He has three girls and one boy with the first wife but that only precious boy had gone missing when he was 18. My mother is the second wife. And when she got pregnant, my father spent quite a sum of money for the doctor to tell him something about the baby. The doctor said it’s a boy. Both the husband and the wife were very happy and prepared a lot of manly things for their boy. I was born in such an expectation and although they still love me a lot, there’s something that always reminds me that I’m not a boy, not a boy, not a boy.

It happened since I was a child. I hated all the boys around me and I beat them all, both in studying and fighting. One boy would face a deadly beat-up within the day if I knew he dared to touch or tease any girls in the school. And because I was the best pupil at highest ranking in the school, all the teachers stood up for me. I was so small to think about the reason why I hated them so much. It’s simply their fault that they’re boys.

I grew up and entered high school. My mother told me to be more girly and I did not fight with boys anymore (it’s also my intention - they are all much bigger and stronger anyway). I simply looked down on them. They were generally stupid, narrow-minded, clumsy and silly. A few of them were quite better than the others. But if they’re born to be boys, they should be much more than just being bigger or stronger or a little more intelligent than a girl like me.

But then they are up to the very high ladder so quickly and I don’t know why those fools grew up to be such good men. The life I live has always proved that they have such a cool mind while we only have such warm hearts. I want to have both. So I followed them, worked with them, learnt from them. And despite how slow I am, they are always supportive. I may never know why they are willing to help me so much. It may simple be my advantage that I am a girl.

Now I have a team of more than 10 core members working for the fund and half of them are awesome men. As for this world to be beautiful, we need men with warm hearts as they already have such a cool mind of logic, structure, science, calculations… Teach them how to live with truly long-lasting love and they will protect your side till the very end.

And we women are born to be the new leaders if we know how to keep our hearts warm all the time while learning how men has ruled this world so far.
