Thanks Jill, I am doing well. Trying to mobilize more funds to support the girl child.
Next would be subject to funding ... as many (we are talking millions of girls) cannot afford to buy the pads them selves.

If you have any good suggestions or ideas, please share the same.

Thanks
Trine

You're welcome! Great to hear!

Yes, I know. The only suggestion that I would have would be to consider more sustainable options for the environment and girls, such as menstrual cups. Have you seen Seema's menstrual cup campaign: https://www.worldpulse.com/community/users/seemakhandale/posts/92299. Perhaps you could consider collaborating with her in the future.

Yes - The menstrual cup is a fantastic alternative in setting where you have access to proper water and sanitation.
I will difinitely reach out to Seema to explore ways of cooperation.
Thanks again Jill for all your support - appreciated <3.

Yes, that's what I thought but Seema said it wasn't a problem.

Great! I'm looking forward to hearing what happens:-)

You're very welcome!

Hope you're doing well, and that you have a great weekend!

Thanks a lot and trust me the work continues.

When we think of the issues that limit the potential of women and girls around the world, we often think of being denied freedom and independence. But it’s also as simple as not being able to access period products, something that so many people take for granted; or lacking safe, private, and dignified bathrooms at schools; or struggling with period stigma, which turns something as natural as a period into a source of shame and discomfort, and knocks down girls’ confidence.

All of these factors can have a huge impact both on students’ access to education and later to employment, as well as their mental and physical health.

Girls get their periods at such a crucial time in their lives, at a time when feeling confident and healthy can make a huge difference to a girl’s ability to access and take on opportunities...

So till the time we have made MHM information, education and proper quality products accessible to girls and woman around the world, I promise to continue my work. Thanks for the encouragement!
