We are celebrating international day of the Girl Child, truly am really moved when it comes to Girls agenda, celebrating them isn't enough until they are being exposed to the danger ahead, because I vivdly Remembered how it was when I was a Girl or Teen, it wasn't easygoing considering the fact that boys alrather men comes after the young minds to take advantage of them, being the only Girl of my family, growing in the midst of boys was another challenging part of it and also from a very poor background , no advice and tutor from an elderly sister or a mentor, but today I stand in the gap for the girls, especially those who is been downthroden and dejected and has no one to run to, I bring them closer and mentor them, disabusing their minds from indulging in any social vices

Dear Ujunice,
Great to read your story. Yes, you are filling that gap of having a friend, a mentor for girls so they will be safe, be free from abuse, to believe in themselves. May there'll be more girls and women like you.
Huggs.
