Literate mother .........

My life's journey was not easy as I have been living now days. In this long journey I always got a cordial motivation, supports, courages, love, care and almost all the things I needed, otherwise I would not be what I am now.My parents always decided to make my life bright by providing me good education. My mother was literate and to be literate as women at her generation in such a remote village was a exceptional. She worked in local level under Natural family planning project. My parents were well known about the power of the education. In my society, being a girl means not for going school or outside work.In such a blind traditional society I got chance to be educated. Its due to struggle of my parents against tradition. They always holded my hand for my higher education. They fought against the society's tradition by not to marry me at early ages. They never gave me the work load at home but made a good environment to study. They broke down the social rules. Most of my friends had already got maried in 4-5 class me was the one at that time making my study continues. To leave their warm touches the cordial love and the care was not impossible for me when I was ready to go for my university education but they made my heart so powerful and couragious to do that.Being a girl doing outside work, not to marry at teen age was very exceptional and it was like not following social tradition but my parents always gave challenges, always fought to the existing society for changes. They never did care what society think, But they always holded my hands to make their dream come true.I always am so grateful to them. I have no words to praise how they cared me, how they loved me, how they guided me, how they supported me and lastly how they holded my hands. Here, I would like to focalise as my mother was literate and as she was well known about the importance of the education she fully gave me support along with my father. So that it's true that "TO EDUCATE A MAN MEANS TO EDUCATE A PERSON BUT TO EDUCATE A GIRL MEANS TO EDUCATE A FAMILY/SOCIETY".
