A short trip of less than 200 km (Bukavu - Kamitga) by road requires special and exceptional courage. It is necessary to combine three types of means of locomotion to get there with difficulty: a car for the first 50 km, walking for the next 15 km and the motorcycle locally known as "Bodaboda" for the rest of the km. The impassability of this road in total dilapidation constitutes a major constraint which does not facilitate the development of women and populations of Mwenga in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Thanks for posting photo to see the actual situation Veronique. This is very hard. I hope there is a consideration of development of the road.
Thank you

Hello, Veronique,
200 km is quite far, and you have presented this situation well because of the photo you uploaded. You are a good communicator. It is heartbreaking that the development of women in Mwenga is attributed to impassable roads. I hope there will be solutions to this road problem.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you
