A Webinar with Target Peace under the theme 'Education knows No Gender' - To discuss ways and possibilities of giving an equal voice and opportunities for the Girl Child.*

And a girls symposium in partnership with The Voice Within Me which provided an opportunity for girls to express themselves and share their challenges

Dear Welisane,
Thank you for sharing your activities to celebrate the International Day of Girls. Education is a human right and all girls and boys should have access to quality basic education. I wish you good luck in your future endeavors. Let's connect as we work for the welfare and empowerment of girls.

Hello Welisane,
Congratulations on running three successful events to celebrate the day of the girl! I love how well rounded the three activities are: Provide for current needs, pave a way for ongoing educational needs, give girls a platform to voice their concerns. Kudos, and well done to you and your team:)

Hello, Welisan,

Wow, three events! Congratulations, dear sister. How was it? We would love to know more. Hope you can write about a summary of what took place. We celebrate you and the girls you are working with.
