                                                                                MINE EYES HAVE SEEN

                                                                        Someone stole my sunglasses

                                                                        Forced me into the light;

                                                                         At a tender age mine eyes had seen

                                                                         The personal pains of life.

                                                                          Lost alone and helpless

                                                                          I hugged my fears and cried;

                                                                           Abandoned from the years of innocence

                                                                           With teddybear at side.

                                                                              But looking back, I had a friend

                                                                              Who has always walked with me;

                                                                              He made me the victor that I am

                                                                              An overcomer in reality.

                                                                              Someone stole my sunglasses

                                                                              I thank God for vision keen;

                                                                              I have Jesus as my focus

                                                                              Oh, mine eyes have seen.

Hi Wendy,
This is a real comeback poem haha. Honestly, I loved it! May your eyes always see, may it spark, may it never go deem.
Hope you have a great day.
Take care
