I am grateful for the folly of America building promptly & efficiently a good enough government in Afghanistan. 

I am grateful for US defense contractors, Bagram Air Force base and supplying the Taliban military in Afghanistan. 

I am grateful for advanced weapons in Afghanistan. 

I am grateful that so many generals now admit they did not know why they were in Afghanistan.

I am grateful for translators who bridge understanding between soldiers and the people in Afghanistan.

I am grateful for so many friendlies helping evacuate to Kabul airport in Afghanistan.
