A Tiny Virus That Has Brought The World To A Stand Still

The reality has come, and this time to stay with us.

Personally I loved fictions movies since I was a kid. If its not Fiction and adventurous then count me out.  I hated local dramas because they bored me. I can sit over three hours with fictions movies and only less than thirty minutes with local dramas, because I will be fast asleep.

Due to this my taste I never join the family in watching movies. It muse me to see them enjoying their dramas. Anyway, it's their taste and I always respected that.

Part of my fictions movies includes strange like pestilences invading mankind's, or scientist making a trip to space and finding themselves stranded. Sometimes it's about an evolving of a strange beast that attack mankind's.

In our local settings these movies are mostly telecast 1pm noon or either 12:00pm but I make time to watch them. I am also very sure in those odd times I will certainly be the only person in the room.

I always have reasons watching such movies. 1. the Passion of the actors towards the elimination of a cause. 2. The unity and solidarity of working together and 3. The love they have for one another.

And it's true in most of my movies, a cause always have a solution. Humans always win. It might be do or die but at the end mankind always emerge victorious. When that happens see me clapping and laughing on top of my voice.  In cases where i appreciated the efforts of the actors, I can clap till the end note. 

When this Coronaviru a.k.a Covid 19 emerges somewhere December 2019, for me it was one of such movies. However, this time as in reality. I had no doubt that the world together will immediately find a vaccine.

Infact I gave myself 30th January for an immediate vaccine but I was disappointed. What is going wrong? Or has gone wrong? 

My answer: The passion, love and solidarity seen on those movies this time are not on the ground with us as this reality has set in.

Countries became greedy and selfish not wanting to work together. Portioning blames here and there. 

This virus has exposed the weakness of mankind. The rich wealth is nothing to them in curing themselves. The poor and rich are equal in the eye of a.k.a Covid 19. The intelligence of the scientist has been dwarted by Coronaviru a.k.a Covid 19. Then the reality begins to hit us.

A.k.a Covid 19 is deadly and it's here with us. Is it a wake up call to mankind? Or is it a warning message from the Creator? When Covid arrived people who were not religious suddenly became one. Prayers were organize on zoom, Skype, YouTube etc. It's a shame that due to a.k a Covid 19 people now recognized the importance of prayers. Prayer long time ago was written down in a good old book(The Bible) as an incense before God. But prayers without physical efforts can't yield any result. As you pray you also take the necessary steps to help things work. Look for the necessary equipments, the human resource to work, then the sensitization.

Those of you who are religious, I hope you remembered some records in the book of Leviticus specifically chapter 17. Go and read. God gave instructions to the Israelites. It was about personal hygiene. They did not just prayed but took practical steps. 

And off course this same book acknowledges the righteous ones prayer get answers quickly. God calls them the Apple of this eyes. And anyone who touches his Apple, you can guess what that means.

My point now is the really have hit us. Not in a movie this time it's real here with us. We all are actors. No spectators! What roll  are you playing? And how are you playing it? This is not a time for segregation. I am helping my country or family. This is the time to come together in solidarity. Remember if one actor misses his/her roll its affects all 

This is my roll, to preach the message. Let's all try and keep safe and observe all safety precautions. However, remember if we live we live to God and if we die we die to God.
