The (huge) power of hope

I have been reading the post of women from everywhere… brave stories of life … so much pain but at the same time, I found also so much courage in all of them, because for me, when people talk or write about pain, it is because they are already searching for some way to get out of the violence around us.

Yesterday, after pursuing him for a day, I finally get a quick interview with Lech Walesa, the former president of Poland and the Nobel Peace Prize in 1983.

I asked him for his view about our actual world situation, and it was a big surprise to me, to find that he has so much hope on our generation, and also in the “women’s power” to lead a change.

In some way, I understand his positivism, because actually his movement against the URSS started just with a group of people “fighting peaceful” for their rights, but they are surrounded by a powerful army.

Today, people like him could remember us that every fight for justice could be different among the countries, or even among the time… but finally, they are equal in the spirit… WE HAVE to front our fears, and we have to walk to our dream.

We have to be able to see the troubles, but most of all (most of all) we have to be able to see the solutions, or, at least, to dare to search for them

Kind regards to all of you from Mexico. Xthina " )
