Blessing to You, Young Women of WorldPulse.

The writing that is being presented by the WorldPulse citizen journalists is inspiring and gives me great hope for the future of women around the world.

I've read that the secret to success is in envisioning the end point of the process as we proceed on the path to the goal we envision. In writing about the challenges that women are facing around the world, it is important that where we want women to be is the focus. Nobody gets to a goal without first clearly defining it and filling in steps and partners along the way. The path will often have what mountain climbers and hikers call \"switchbacks\", especially when the path is very steep. This does not mean that we aren't progressing because the path isn't straight and we often feel like we are going backward.

The writers for WorldPulse seem to clearly understand the important leadership quality of defining the mission so that others can understand it. They are also succeeding in building connections between potential partners on the paths. I pray that the words of these strong, focused females will empower and encourage many to turn their passions into responsibly compassionate actions.
