Support Women’s Participation in Good Governance With Me

Our project focuses on empowering young women leaders with skills, knowledge, and information on good governance as well as giving them adequate knowledge on the Kenyan constitution. The project is being implemented in 3 informal settlements in Nairobi. This project is important to us because women are the most affected with corruption, crime, insecurity, poor resource management and distribution. 40% of women are earning a dollar or less in a day. Poverty wears the face of a woman in Kenya. It is against this backdrop that our project empowers women with knowledge and skills enabling them to participate in good governance.
