My Personal Assets Map

I was raised in a little family ; my parents and my older sister i consider my self lucky because they are giving me all the love and care that i need and i was raised very well.

There is also my boyfriend we are madly in love with each other and he supports me in every step i take. He sees in me the strong young woman that nothing can stop her from getting what she wants and it's really encouging me to move forward ..

I'm an educated young Tunisian woman with big dreams and ambitions . I'm now studying for a master degree in finance in a good college in my country actually it is considered the best one in the field of management and financial studies ; we have a variety of clubs and associations in our college we have always events concerts conference and it is really helpful for us the students to develop our knowledge and our relationships' circle. Since i have left high shool and went to this college i have changed a lot my visions the way i think the way i see people my dreams get bigger i have discovered new perspectives and new ways to do things i have known so many people and i have learned from their experiences . Although education in Tunisia has some serious problems but it still important to have a college degree and to live the whole experience with the bad and good things in it.

And for my personal skills i'm a determinate person i set a goal than i go straight to it i 'm a hard worker and i know that it's difficult to get what i want but it's not impossible when thare is a will there is always a way it might not be obvious that's why we have to dig we have to be flexibale and open to possibilities ... I speak fluentlt three languages arabic my native language french and english and it's beneficial for my academic career and my social and associative life on and off line.. I'm good also at using internet for research and i use Microsoft Software i also have the capacity of learning fast and i'm a good listener i listen often before i speak i want to know as much as i can to build my opinion and to have the necessary arguments to defend it and to convince people around me based on solid facts ...

what i need is to get more involved in my community's civic activities and to develop more skills like public speaking , stress and time management for my journey to become a leader and to have an impact in my community...

Dear Zizou

thanks for sharing your journey, do you connect yourself to any community service before?, because you have great skills, and is very important that every one of us connect her self with the community so we can make a real change in the floor

Tunisia from my experience, is well educated country, i believe you can do a lot not only in Tunisia but in all the world, but start with your community, so you can spread your activity in the future

Dear Zizou,

Your ability to speak Arabic, French and English fluently inspires me! I have always wish I could speak French, I hope to learn someday.

Yes, I agree with Ghada, endeavour to channel your personal skills into community service and you will be glad you did!

Cheers,

Tosin

Dear Zizou,

Thank you for sharing your personal assets map. I really admired how you acknowledged and showed gratitude for your support system. It shows how positive and forward-thinking you are. At the same time, you correctly recognized there is still work to be done to improve Tunisia's educational system.

I can already see that you have the confidence and the determination of a great leader. Like Dr. Ghada Amer and Tosin, I support you in your future efforts to help your community. I look forward to hearing how you will channel your leadership skills into civic life.

Best wishes,

Kendra

Hello Zizou,

Having a strong emotional support system is a great thing, you are very lucky to have that in addition your skills and education. You hit on some good points at the end of your entry. Building your network in your community will help you connect what you are learning online and at school to your local community. Stress management and time management are also essential.  That is advice I have heard from many leaders, and have taken to heart. Keep working hard, but take care of yourself along the way!

Best,

Tracey
