See what’s new at WorldPulse.com! With our latest site release we hope you find it easier to browse our content, make meaningful connections with women around the globe, and turn inspiration into action. We’ve also added some brand new features! A special thanks to everyone who has spoken up and given us feedback to improve our site—keep it coming! This is just the first phase of our bigger evolution to build the online infrastructure to unite women worldwide into a collective force for change.
So, what exactly is different at WorldPulse.com?
1. We’ve re-designed our homepage so that it’s easier to navigate. You’ll find three doorways into our main offerings: our magazine; our social networking newswire, PulseWire; and our new Action Center, where you can take concrete action to change women’s lives - including your own! You’ll also find another new addition: the World Pulse blog, to keep you up to date on the latest news from World Pulse headquarters.
2. Our Magazine now has its own section on the site so you can easily discover our latest editorial content. Read fresh columns from rising women leaders; in-depth coverage of pressing global issues; our own compilation of breaking headlines from around the world; as well as reviews of the best arts and multimedia produced by women globally.
3. Our latest offering—the Action Center—makes its debut! The Action Center showcases our favorite ways you can get involved in the women’s empowerment movement. Read success stories about how women are changing their lives through World Pulse and then take action yourself. Whether you are helping a woman leader in Pakistan write a grant for her water sustainability program, attending a women’s conference, or buying fabric to support an artisan group – you’ll find out just how easy it is to make a big difference.
We’re proud of our new site but our work isn’t done yet! You’ll notice that not much has changed on PulseWire. We’re currently listening to the needs of our community and will be unveiling a new and improved PulseWire in 2011.
