Positive Change

At the beginnning of a new year I am already wondering where I will be the end of it! Last year saw me making some dramatic career and lifestyle changes that I thought would make 2012 very different. To my surprise some things have not changed too much and I am now on the brink of a new job doing the same thing I was doing before all my dramatic, dream changing decisions! The real changes are on the inside though. They are obvious in the way I see the world, people and myself. Most apparent is an increasing desire to do something and be the change! Perhaps it is about being in my 40's now and needing to re-establish my own personal significance after having had my family and knowing that my chldren are growing more independent?

All I know is that it will be an interesting year, on the inside of me, at least. I am looking forward to the time (and I hope it won't be too long a wait!) when I will be able to position myself to make an impact on the outside too!
