About Me:
From September 2004, I am a Freelance consultant, adviser and certified Trainer (in Development, Cooperatives, Microfinance, Adult Education, Peace-building, conflict resolution) in National & International organization, UK, The Netherlands and anther counters in Africa. lecturer and a certified instructor - Sudanese Dutch Centre for Management and capacity building, Amersfoort – Netherlands. Adviser to a number of civil society organizations in social responsibility, Elderly & Adult, management, training, capacity building, Women's Affairs, traditional crafts and industries.
Since 1981, I am a peace and development specialist with keen interest, understanding and passion for improving the condition of the developing world. I am capable of providing technical support, oversight, direct assistance and management of development or peace programs
My work over the years has involved working with a broad spectrum of local, national and international organizations in Africa, and globally. My thematic areas of work have so far involved development, Cooperatives, capacity building, peace building, governance, human rights political and conflict analysis. Working within international institutions I have had the opportunity to work, and lead in multi-cultural environments, which opportunity has strengthened my human resource management skill. Consultant and a certified instructor for the organization and management of projects and capacity building Gender, Mainstreaming, Equality and Women's Empowerment, coordinator programmers, training courses and records collaborator in field of Social Work.
Coordinator training courses and programs of social responsibility and Women's Affairs Gender, Mainstreaming, Equality and Women's Empowerment for a number of civil society organizations, the Sudan, Egypt, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, the Netherlands and UK.
