How do I go about this?

On the issue of women in my country: My Nation has 136 tribes in total, and women face various struggles as per tradition differences and it just happen this time this issue has raised more than the other but it is quite difficulty to know exactly which one is the worse hence deserve more coverage that the rest.

For example; there are some tribe where they allow what we call 'nyumba ndogo'- meaning small houses, i.e a husband is allowed to have a wife and yet have 'a side dish' as is commonly known here(just imagine the chances of HIV infections), also there are some tribe where a woman is to be inherited once her husband dies by the Husband's brother weather she likes it or not, and then there are these tribes where it's a pride for a woman to be bitten by a husband, in case they don't get bitten for sometimes they feel like the husband does not like them anymore. Also there is a tribe that kills old women with red eyes because they are linked to witchcraft, then there are coastal tribe than encourages girls only to live to please a man and that their value is only found it in. Then there is my tribe where men are allow by our traditions to carry any woman they like back to their houses after certain festival ceremonies and then if the woman sleeps in that man's house they are deemed to be married and not allowed to go home.

The list goes on and on and hence my confusion of what to cover first; plus now on issues of women empowerment to participate on political issues, women with disabilities and their position also widow and their right to inheritance ..hence my confusion and i think i need a guide on how to go about all these.

Though must i also appreciate the growth of woman value recognition in my country, many things have changed though it not in all area of the country, the rural areas tends to be forgotten completely and most time woman empowerment has its best focus on the urban woman while the village woman is forgotten

Hope to hear more from you and perhaps get more insights on how to go about this.
