These are faces of the Grassroots people Build Africa reaches everyday. The faces I interact with in my job and field trips.
I just wanted to let you know that Build Africa does REAL grassroots operations in Uganda and Kenya, supporting the rural schools by constructing classrooms, teacher trainings, school management committee, talent promotion through co-curriculum activities; trainings and promoting village savings and loaning schemes as well as gender promotions,HIV/AID prevention strategies both to the pupils (school communities) and the parents (the savings communities).
We leave them smiling, parents able to provide basic needs for their school going children and families, children studying in conductive learning environment by skilled teachers. Isn't this great work??
My job has enabled me reach the people/lives I would never meet, listen and hear stories I would not have heard, changing lives of people I would not have changed. Thank you Build Africa!
