A 12 year old German Girl Creating Impact in Rural Uganda

In a world where there is less Opportunity, less Motivation and need for Education, even children can move mountains to pave the way and create BIG impact.

A 12 year old Annabelle of Germany is starting a CAS project for soliciting funds for Rural Girl Child Mentorship Uganda (RGCM Uganda) project "Marketing RGCM in Neustadt".
“We will start creating Posters and Events to collect money which could be used for Sanipads, textbooks etc for the rural Ugandan girls” says Annabelle.

I met Rita Reutiner, Annabelle’s mother in Denver in 2011during my World Pulse speaking tour. Since I met her, Rita has been very supportive to my dream. She is and has been one of the most supportive mentors in this project – RGCM Uganda, she sponsors three under privileged girls go to school in addition; she also sends extra funds to support this project and other small projects.
Through her I have got in touch with her daughter Annabelle.

“Annabelle is extremely open minded and caring and got awarded to be best in living the IB learner profile at her school. She is a risk taker; cooking and baking by herself and even adjusting recipes to the better. She is very talented in a lot of things and she makes use of 100 % of her brain.” Says Rita, her mother.

Rita and Annabelle will come to Uganda in January 02 to visit with the girls and the project RGCM Uganda.
“I really look forward to come to Uganda.” Says Annabelle.

RGCM Uganda is a global nonprofit mentorship program which helps poor rural Ugandan girls attend school and work toward achieving their dreams. It is one of the running projects under Pearl Community Empowerment Foundation (PCE Foundation).
