Be what, You Want to Be

A Woman’s Vision
In life, you will realize that there is a role for everyone you meet. Some will test you, some will use you, some will love you and some will teach you. But, the ones that are important are the one who would bring out the best in you. They’re the rare and amazing people who remind you why it’s worth being alive.
My personal vision, is to be passionate and successful in life, to propagate love, equality, peace, and justice among all humans including me. To be able to establish a culture of peace building in homes, in communities and the world. My purpose is to pave the way for the scared and unsure woman in my community. My mission is to build future women’s rights defenders from present day children. Build a nation free from Violence against women. I wish to promote the image of women who are living with pain and torture and also to help them feel proud, excited, and part of something much bigger than themselves. To have a positive impact on every person with whom I come in contact; living daily a life dedicated to integrity, commitment, challenge, and joy; loving my family and valuing my marriage; to feel that inner peace and joy that knows no bounds. To create and maintain an atmosphere of hope, for women who are able to excel in their careers, politically, socially and economically. They will be the touch light for others in their communities.
To the world, I will show the less fortunate, the abused, of any background, culture, or race. Any man, woman, or child that is in need of healing or simply a helping hand; that with creativity, spirituality, and empathy there is some courage to take charge of their life's path. I will continue to demonstrate unity to those I am blessed to meet throughout my life! There is so much to be appreciative about than to be angry about. Count your blessings not your problems
I will want to be a voice of your correspondent in order to be able to collect accurate information and to inform others about events and issues around my community. And also be able to playing an active role in the process of collecting, reporting, analyzing, and disseminating news and information.
This will help me build a community of women able to face their challenges and to improve on their lifestyles. The fear factor will be minimized and women will be able to use the available recourses to fight against all forms of marginalization, the lack of affordable health care delivery systems, drinking water and sanitation, gender-based violence such as socio-cultural, socio-economic and social-political, HIV/AIDS, Female Genital Mutilation and breast ironing. Access to education by women still remains a great challenge with the result that it deprives them of information and economic independence. More training on information communication technology will raise awareness and more women will have access to the internet through sensitization.
Many thanks to the world pulse family and also to the 2013 voices of our future applicants, for the wonderful write-ups and contributions which you added to my world. You have given me a vision which has changed my life; my life is never going to be the same again. I have learned that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected, because doing what you is like, is freedom and liking what you do, is happiness
