Hello amazing and courageous World Pulse Community!! On this International Women’s Day, with the theme BalanceforBetter, I want to share with you part of my journey...

A recording of me speaking about my work with ALG Consulting, which I started after leaving an established career as a lawyer, on CBC radio Montreal yesterday.   I share what has been quite the journey, not without challenges, but I hope that this resonates with some of you ladies.

I feel a passion for gender equality in my core...and I know we all on here have different kinds of challenges, but the support and understanding of common challenges and strength as women unite us all on here!  I still need to access all the courage I have got to keep working on gender equality every day! Today, I am sending all the women I know, and those I do not, courage to speak from your heart today, without judgement. You've got this!
