Our organisation, AVRC (Rapid aid to victims of catastrophes), is delighted to share with you this report on the situation in Mutarule. In the last few months, the people of Mutarule have been displaced and forced to flee to several towns – Sange, Luvungi, Uvira and others. This report explains the situation and its consequences for the population of Mutarule.
Our hope is that help will soon be given to these displaced people who now face great hardship.
