The rains have been excessive in our city for a week; it is also that these rains cause some enormous damage. Last week, many houses were flooded and more than 15 people have died since last Friday night. We lost a family; parents and the children are all dead. That night, a friend of mine was electrocuted the night when the water poured in their house. Her family was trying to remove the water, and as the friend was moving towards where her devices were plugged in, she electrocuted. I just lost a friend; it was in an avenue that we call paysage at 2 o’clock in the morning. There was also a boy who suffered the same fate while he was savaging his merchandise at his boutique. Lately, to go to the university, one suffers a lot because there are lots of landslides on the road due to the heavy rains and it’s too difficult to reach to the university. Sometimes transportation is very expensive and sometimes cars cannot make it through because the roads are too slippery and there are large amounts of mud gushing onto the roads, which prevent the vehicles to pass, but our road is also not paved. Can you imagine what is going to happen, my dear friends?
