Poked her private parts as a way of punishment

Many times i ask myself what runs through the minds of many people. We can never tell what some one is capable of until they surprise you with the worst. Today i tell you a story of a six year old girl who is happy to be alive, the story of Shardia Kubuta.Shardia is the daughter of Nakaziba Faridah.

Faridah Nakaziba was married with her husband for a while. When she gave birth to her first born , at two weeks the couple decided that they should separate and lead different lives. Faridah decided to grow up her child as a single mother. When the child was four years, the father decided to reappear and managed to convince the mother that his mother wanted to look after the girl.He claimed that since his mother was growing old, she needed to spend more time with her grandchild.

Faridah accepted not knowing what the man was up to. She let Shardia aged 4 to go and and stay with her grandmother. This is a decision that she claims will haunt her for the rest of her life. She decided to let her child go thinking that it was best for the child. She knew that since she did not have much to offer Shardia , maybe Shardia would get a better chance at life with the relatives on her fathers side.

Sharida's father did not take her to his mother as he claimed. He instead took her to his home where he was staying with another woman. Shardia's step mother was very cruel to Shardia from day one and kept on torturing her, if she felt that this little girl was not working hard enough. At the age of six now, Shardia has marks on her hands, legs and back which her step mother put on her. This little girl is lucky to be alive today because she could have easily died at the hands of this woman.

As if this was not enough, one day when the step mother came back home and found when Shardia had not washed the clothes and washed the dishes, decided, as a punishment, to stick a stick through Shadia's private parts.

I keep asking myself how a fellow woman can think of such a horrible act as a way of punishing a small girl over chores. Did it ever cross her mind that the girl would die or lose her uterus. She was only thinking of herself at the time of the act.

She rushed the girl to the hospital when she saw that little Shardia was vomiting blood and claimed she did not know what had happened to the girl. Little Shardia asked to talk to the doctors in private and she explained what exactly her step mother had done. She also notified them that she broke part of the stick and left it in her private parts. Her rectum and bladder were ruptured and she had to undergo three operations before all the foreign bodies were removed.

According to the mother Faridah, Shardia's wound turned septic and she had to be taken back to hospital. For a young girl being in such a situation, it is very traumatizing and it is had to explain why someone would have the nerve to do such a thing. At the moment she is still recovering from home and will require your prayers and your support to heal. Please put little Sharida in your prayers. her step mother and father are still on the run and the police are looking for them.
