50 things I wish I had learnt as a fierce young woman.

1. Learn to take care of your Bills. This includes your electricity & phone bills and your bank deposits at an early age.

2. Leave the house half an hour before the important event. Get ready an hour prior to that. Early bird gets the worm.

3. Watch movies and television series, it helps you improve your language(English)

4. Say thank you to people who do little things to make your life easier, the waiter, the parking guard, your bus driver.

5. Also, make it a habit of picking up dirty napkins and food spilled on the table with the napkin yourself. Maybe the waiter too doesn’t like picking up dirty leftovers.

6. Don’t rely on pills for everything, if your grandma had a remedy that cures it all, take that instead.

7. Dab mouthwash to your pimples, the alcohol kills the bacteria.

8. Google life hacks and travel hacks & how to make your own cleaning supplies (basically, how to this & that everything) during your free time, this will help you a lot of times. But, don’t ever decide your illness on the symptoms you googled.

9. Offer to pay everywhere, even if you know they aren’t going to make you pay. Just offer.

10. Read labels on everything from food to makeup.

11. Carry an umbrella, a sanitary napkin and a tiny notebook with a pen at all times.

13. Try packing your lunch from home whenever it is possible.
