Making Life Better For Families and Communities

I would love to learn from your on the following topic.Making Life Better For Families and Communities:

Can those living in poverty be helped to come out of it.Can we be financially empowered? I am sure this is possible.Many of us have lived in this situation for long,and have signed up as life members.We should not stay permanently in any negative situation.We should strive in every way possible to come out of it.

I am sure many of us have been able to change their own lives,or groups or communities at one point.In Kenya,you may have the power but lack the resources or employment.

Can we share stories here-from nothing to something,from ashes to riches,from doom to bloom,and how can we help others do it?

Sometimes we only lack the motivation,or idea.Sometimes we have both,but lack the resources.On a personal note,i love poultry farming,but lack the expertise.We could do farming,run businesses,make beadwork etc.

Can we use this forum to share ideas,expertise and links? This could be a start towards financial independence for our communities.

I can't wit to hear from you and start up something.
