HIV/AIDS and poverty eradication

It is very exciting for me to join the Pulsewire community.I am a Kenyan woman who is HIV+ and has actually entered the full blown stage.I am on ARVs and has improved greatly. However the side effects of the generic drugs i take are pulling me down.

I am sure that, when empowered i can assist my community in many ways, because it is a community where women are looked down upon, openly abused add tradition prevails so the disease is associated with witchcraft.

Counselling services are not well done and so the+people, majority of them poor with no food to eat and no hope, die well ahead of 'time'.

I am happy to be accepted into this team where i pray that i will be resourceful and get resources.

I want to show the world that there can still be hope beyond being positive, and
pursue your ambitions.
Thank you i am excited to be part of you!
