land and property right is everything for her

The woman of 35 years has been sent out of her home with her children at the mid night while the entire world is at fast asleep. She was refusing to get out of her home and she was crying and shouting for help from her neibhourhood. Some of the neibhours could open the widows and see the woman crying for her stay in the house. Some others were just said it is the daily affair at this side and said it is a neuscence. But there is an underlying reason for such continued domestic violence and atrocities on the poor innocent young woman that her husband catches his eyes on her inherited maternal property, a small share but high value and he wanted to get the same from her and she was continuously refusing for the sale of her property and hence the violence has become a daily based affair at this house. The children were not able to understand the cause for the continued dispute between their parents and they were trying to pacify them and go to bed and advice them to get the problem solved through the elders of the family or some mediators.
The property is simply a commodity in his sight and it the blood and vein in the sight of her and her maternal homemates. Also they were the coparceners and everybody has mutual interest in the property share of each one of them and the collective interest strengthened her emotional bondage with the maternal home for ever. But the husband who entered into her life only after so many years of her birth to this world and claims the rights over her blood, bone, flesh and veins under sky. Also legally he is trying to establish his rights over her physical property which she inherited by civil and right of land and he trying to alienate her property to save his face from the unlawful debtors. Dears see the women are not able to establish their own birth rights over the lands, properties and wealth of the country under the sky. Rather not able to empower the wealth and share them with equal holdings.

Let it be any thing of small value woman is the absolute owner of the thing and in case of the the property rights of women is everything for them and the forcible and coerced actions and atrocities on women for the gain of their wealth is punishable under the land laws but the reality is some thing different and the organizations working for the women and civil rights are only a working group and not an action group and they keep them away in any legal issues related to women properties. The natural courts and courts and not making any speedy action in judgments related to women properties and restoration of their rights.

The women are neither the real owners with empowerment of their properties and establish their legal rights over the land or ownership over the said properties and victimized in various fashions and ways on account of the wealth and properties. Why this discrimination to women? Are they not the human beings and citizens of the countries to hold equal rights over the wealth of the country and society? How long this goes to be the slavery to women of the world?
Raise your selves to speak for the women rights and help out the women in distress on account of any cause for that matter. She is the only energy for the dynamic world and society for upward movement and she is the only wealth of the family as women never tend to encumber their wealth or values and they protect the properties for generation without any damage and she is the only wealth and source for the sustained human race under the sky.
