The global women right movement and their partners are raising their voice and working around the world for the cause of women and gender equality and justice. They are taking intensive efforts to bring out changes in the society, attitudes of people and working for the creating of laws in every society leading for giving speedy justice and assure gender justice in every society.

The governments of countries of this modern world liked with trade and culture also serious enough in agreeing with world declarations and attempt in making corrections and amendments in their land laws affecting women rights in their countries for the sake. But how many women are really benefitted or gained the justice through such changed laws and gained protection under the redefined statutory supports?

The citizens are ruled by the statutory Laws and rules in a democratic country. At the same time if the law and justice machinery is weak or corrupted or lethargic in nature then where comes the speedy justice for women of any country?

The government machinery and statutory law and judicial system is lethargic and delays the justice to the innocent women. That is the reason the women are made further in distress and the men take advantage of the delayed court procedures and loopholes in law and justice system. Women when they approach for the justice or any civil remedy to the authorities they find a distance and everything is in paper is not translated in practice and hence the injustice to women in any society.

Women are women in any society. I do not find any big change in them even if they are independent economically viable and what not? They are always defeated with emotions at this weakness the men are attempting on women and their virtues.
Dears I am coming across with number of women who are forced to get out of the homes and families and running with tears and pains in body and mind even their souls are beat by the perpetrators on them seeking shelter for life and emotions at this distress point. Yes they are educated; They are the bread winners; They have properties; They have self esteem; Yes they have everything but they have nothing when driven out of the home which she considers everything for her. Yes women are emotionally dependent and family oriented hence they are facing all types of uncertainties in their life circumstances.

Dears , come forward to help out another woman from her distress and crisis. Help them out with money, shelter, emotions and opportunities whichever possible. Every one has only one life. Pleasure and pain are the two sides of coins but only few women are able to understand the philosophy of life and which can not help in ground realties of a women who are facing violent situations and victimization on them by the opposite gender and some times of the same gender groups.
It is not enough to raise voice for women and gender justice and seriously work out for the sake of rescue of women in distress encountered with any sort of violence, atrocities and abuse on them and take them into task with the help of criminal law and get the civil remedies and compensations to the women affected.
