Land is something no one harvests.

Its been one year now, but i still smell the fresh pain, tears of pain anyone could shed.
I lost a village neighbour so i had to attend the burial far deep in the village. A married man left a widow and seven children. The burial was scheduled in the afternoon as its known in my country, all village and family members gathered as the body was being carried to the grave yard, the widow being accompanied by her best friend for a shoulder to lean then the family members shouted that he should not be buried in their father's land because he had no land of him self so he couldn't be lied in the same place with his father.
We all responded in grief but no crowd word could be heard. Later the family member commanded for body to be buried at the land mark of the plot but not the grave yard as all of us filled in tears.
In all this the widow was in tears and had nothing to say as she was a woman.Burrial ended and everyone had to leave leaving the widow and the seven children homeless as the family members threw her out the small house that her husband was gone forever.
Land is something we all find and leave when we die, you cannot occupy it to the end, however rich, we are all given 5x3ft deep not comparable to the land we deny they deny our beloved.
