Introducing myself and my journal: Women in Senior Leadership: What the World Needs Now!

About Me:
Hello! I am delighted to connect on World Pulse!

My name is Barrie Zucal. I have been an advocate for women, their men and families for 32 years. I work with women as their therapist or their executive coach.

For the last 9 years, I have been a global entrepreneur and the President and CEO of Global Coaches Network with 300 executive coaches in 68 countries coaching in 46 languages. We develop global leaders in organizations and certify global leadership coaches. As the leader of GCN, it has been my pleasure to work in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the USA.

This year I launched a website under my own name, www.barriezucal.com with the mission to coach women to get to senior positions in organizations, governments, and politics where they can have more influence and set policy. This is my passion! I believe that when more women are on top, they will change the world.

I am am a member of the US UN Women's Committee. I also support homeless women and families by serving on the board of Lifestyles of Maryland, a local organization where I raise money for the organization.
