I am so excited to connect with the most powerful women in the globe!I have been dreaming of becoming a member of a dynamic group such as this.

My full names are Busisiwe (Busi) meaning Blessed and my surname is Shibodze. I am born South African, married with three lovely kids that I share most of my time with (they keep me really busy)!

Iam an entrepreneur and have such great passion to work with people and am more fulfilled to know and to see that i have made a certain impact on someones life, its such a great feeling.

My speciality area is Talent Sourcing, Talent identifying and coaching in the professional environment. I do recruitment in various industries from junior support roles to highly specialized and executive positions in any industry.
My vision is to establish a very big career project that will linkup with high schools and government to promote artisan skills in our society. I believe that we need to keep these skills going as some of them are phasing away.
