Introducing myself and my journal: A STAR NEXT TO THE MOON



About Me:
My name is buumba malambo a 21 year old student studing social work at the university of Zambia.Am the founder of a registered NGO NO:ORS/102/35/4792 called Buumbalambo foundation for the children in need which operates in zambia specifically Magoba village.I love singing ,dancing and learning.AM goal oriented and very ambitious.I feel a warmth inside me when I see a smile on a child because he or she received new shoes that they never had I also love working with women mostly in focus groups.



My Passions:
am passionate about children and womens welfare



My Challenges:
living in a comunity that has little regard for gilr child and women empowerment is a major challenge and having to run a foundation and being able to manage the hectic stress of school.Also gathering resources for the children is on of my greatest challenge



My Vision for the Future:
my vision is to expand my foundation and start a womens intiative that will co-opt women farmers and talioring and a mans group which will teach men to partner with women and It will be called MAPP men as potential partners in development.
