Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
My name is Meghan Cook McInerney, I currently live in Saint Paul, MN in the Hamline Midway neighborhood, which I love and because of this have the great opportunity to be around a lot of active community organizers whenever I want, they are all around this great neighborhood. I attend Hamline University, and am a double major in, Philosophy and Social Justice, with a concentration in "Diverse American Identity", which is a concentration I am creating with an adviser at school. I believe that philosophy is all around us, in newspapers, songs, poems, street painting, performance art, narrative, everything, literally I believe is philosophy, and it is my hope to spread this thought, and thus make a traditionally highly regarded field, much more down to earth and more accessible to anyone, who wants to be involved. Which is why I have chosen my name as "change your philosophy", which has more to do with change your perspective on what high art, thought, philosophy, or understanding might be, including myself, it is a daily reminder.

My Passions:
Writing, Staying true to myself, Constant reflection, Being as honest as possible, Making good food, Having a solid, honest relationship with my partner, Matt.

My Challenges:
Staying focused, not trying to do too many things at once, and ultimately not doing them justice.

My Vision for the Future:
Accessibility of thought, and transportation.

My Areas of Expertise:
Questioning
