Help needed for Nguyen Thi Phuong

Nguyen Thi Phuong, a Vietnamise woman aged 26 looks 70. It seems the phenomena is due to a seafood allergy affecting the woman since she was 21.
She said at first she had pruritus all over her body which disappeared after assuming medicines taken at the chemist's instead of visiting the hospital since she and her husband, a carpenter, were too poor to access hospital treatments. Since then, the situation has got worse and worse, to the point that the woman's skin is rapidly collapsing making her look much older than she is.
Embarassment and discomfort were strong to the point that the woman has started wearing a mask to cover her face when she was in public, but at last she has found the courage to come out with her story and ask for help.

This I am writing is not meant to be an exclusive article, but a simple request for your help: anyone who believes to be able to give Nguyen help is welcome. If you are or know doctors, if you think you can help in any way, please, leave a reply.
