Introducing myself and my journal: Life as a dance

About Me:
Hi, my name is Christa and I live in Switzerland. I originally studied law, then worked in the corporate world for more than 10 years, experiencing how it is to be a woman in a male dominated environment, finding my way in it, giving myself a voice - not always an easy task. I moved on out of the corporations as I realised that I am more effective from the outside into a corporation as I'm also a visionary. Today, I'm running my own company linking people (www.linkingpeople.ch), consulting and coaching people and teams in intercultural challenges. In addition, I teach intercultural management at universities. I love it, that's me. Also, I'm on my spiritual path and try to integrate it into my work as I think that heart, soul and rituals are missing in our Western world and that it is important to bring it back, to heal. What fascinates me is working with people in a way that reveals what is beneath the surface – reveals the potential, bridging differences. Bringing such potential to life, encouraging diverse opinions to join in a sort of dance and so contribute to greater understanding – this is something that fills me with deep pleasure. I'm looking forward to be part of this community and to let me inspire by it, to listening to you.
