Introducing myself and my journal: Your Health is Your Responsibility

About Me:
Hey Guys, I'm Claudia from the tropical island of Jamaica in the West Indies. I have two children ages 22 and 12 respectively, a boy and a girl; they are my sunshine, the wind beneath my wings.

I am currently employed with the Gov. of Jamaica as a Planning Officer, but I am trying to build a small business offering natural juices and health foods to the market. This is where my passion lies. Unfortunately, due to a lack of resources, I have not been able to launch the way I would like to as yet.

I am big on life, love and people. A go getter at heart who tries to get along with people from all walks of life. My second love is public speaking and I am VP Membership for the HEARTY Orators Toastmasters Club within my organization. Looking forward to learning and sharing with you.
