PERNICIOUS BEHAVIOR OF AUTHORITIES

The past 5 years have been a rude awakening for myself and many others involved in cases in British Columbia.The authorities who are highly paid to do their job and govern agencies to protect others have behaved in a pernicious manner.
There is little credibility among them and a sheep like attitude to the dealings of corruption which can be assessed as collusion .certain groups have committed criminal offenses and acts of criminal negligence. their wealth and connections have aided them in avoiding prosecution and large financial penalties. the victims in one large case are children, seniors and disabled., the most vulnerable in our society..The defendants wealthy and, related to a Victoria police officer with connections with RCMP also have a law firm on retainer that is on the police board and privacy commission, that would be considered conflict of interest. Privacy breachs of people information were epidemic in this case as well as blackmail and other offenses.

The following agencies were to govern these places and had 200 pages or more of complaints from victims and witnesses.

THE COLLEGE OF NURSES
THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS
THE COLLEGE OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
THE PRIVACY COMMISSION BC
THE HEALTH REVIEW BOARD=EX RCMP MEMBER THE CHAIR
THE LICENSING OFFICE
VIHA= MEDICAL RECORDS AND AGENCIES
POLICE
RCMP

THEY HAVE LET THESE PEOPLE GO FREE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE THOSE WHO REPORT THEM.
THE Wealthy defendants running these homes are funded by the ministry which is tax dollars , then viha pays their legal bills which is also tax dollars. so tax payers are financing these crimes and paying for them to be set free as well.

feel free to send comments . Lawyers are needed for court of appeals. If these people are not exposed and made an example. this will set precedence and become epidemic.. The laws must be exercised and enforced and no special treatment for those who have wealth and connections. ACCESS TO JUSTICE IS NEEDED.
