The Peoples Prime

In the system in Canada, there is something called the prime. It is in the Police and RCMP system. I commonly refer to it as the electronic gossip machine. so anyone in the police system and RCMP can and do manipulate the prime to our disadvantage and their advantage.
There is a lot of false information in the prime that is perpetuated by actual criminals and with the support of RCMP and Police this is then seen as gospel.
Example when someone goes to police or RCMP they must identify their self if they are going to open a file or make a complaint against anyone. The person opening the file is accusing someone of a crime. The next step by police or RCMP is to investigate and also contact and speak to the other party. It is now in the prime and all response as well.
In one case a Victoria police officers family are the defendants in the case with 5 police files for crimes against children, seniors and disabled. Witnesses came forward in droves and victims.
the defendants were then blackmailing witnesses to not testify and further intimidate them and one method was to go to police repeatedly and create a false file on people.
the investigations showed that the people who were victims of this action which in legal terms is called public mischief
were found innocent and had not committed any offense but then the names are still in the prime and anyone can manipulate the information . On another occasion the same people related to the police officer had another person join in.
the police officer and another officer took the file and did not investigate at all or notify the innocent person, they simply tried to get charges laid for a crime that had not been committed. when crown council refused to lay charges, the 2 police officers buried the file .The statement by them was they better not notify the innocent person as there would be problems and a complaint made.
I am that person, I am law abiding and have had 4 that I know of false files opened by the defendants and those who are in collusion with them. I had sent for update to see what the status of my reports were and this came with it to me in late February 2013. the actual incident had taken place 2 days before Christmas. I live 300 miles from the place where these people are doing this and have committed no offense. I now have to routinely send for reports just for that reason.
THE ACT OF PUBLIC MISCHIEF IS AN OFFENSE UNDER THE BC CRIMINAL CODE , GOOD FOR 2 YEARS JAIL TIME.
so far the police officers family members have done this 3 times and have gotten 2 friends to do the same, no charges laid.

My response to all this is we the people at an international level, create the people prime and monitor in an honest ethical manner with integrity tell the truth in our prime to combat the lies of theirs.
