My HIV/AIDS Work Experience.

I have been as a Medical Officer In Charge of HIV/AIDS for the last five years. My work has been very challenging.

My real experience reveals that most of the HIV/AIDS related mortality are due to lack of knowledge in the community and lack of empowerment of HIV/AIDS infected persons.

Long term care for HIV/AIDS is likely to fail in future if the community and women are not empowered with knowledge.

It has also been very encouraging to see my patients on care restoring their lives and becoming economically productive.

I hope we will be able to share our positive and negative experiences here on PulseWire, and come up with workable solutions especially on the HIV/AIDS pandemic.

Thank you.
