Questionnaire for teenagers. We need Your help

Dear members of PulseWire, we are going to carry out a questionnaire on social and psychological issues that adolescent girls may face in their routine. We aim to find out what challenges they face in their daily life. Here we need your help.
I would like to ask the ones who have ever had any experience in this field, as well as the ones who have any ideas on the issue regardless to the experience, could You please write down any questions You find important for being in the main questionnaire and explain its' importance.
