About Me:
I am a South African woman whose seeks to see rural women having access to Information and communication Technology (ICT ) access. This kind of access to me means woman's emancipation .



It is emancipation in the sense that these women acquire various skills that enable thcm to change their
Ives for freedom.



I am currently a lecturer at the University of Limpopo. Ì started by enrolling as a student at this University
I conducted research on rural women and utilisation of Telecentres. This where I recognised the need for rural
Rural women to emancipate themselves through ICT Empowerment which leads towards emancipation



I love writing infact that is where my strength is. Ì also write different things including poetry



As women in research at the University og Limpopo we recently started a magazine known as ULWASA NEWS



In which we write and report on success and challenges involvef in research as women.



I am a wife and a mother to two sons which is not an easy thing to raise and shape them the way you
Anticipate as a mother.
