In my country 7 million poor

It may be good to recognize the Government of Iraq its economic policy have led to increased numbers of poor people during the past seven years, but I do not know why the government recognizes this just now? Is it a feel guilty ? Or a kind of transparency? or wanted to prove the Government announces negative and pros in its work? Or is it a kind of apology for the poor?
Whatever the reason behind this announcement is not going to change anything in the lives of more than 7 million Iraqis living below the poverty line in Iraq - which was estimated at 65 $ per month -
I assure to the government official who made the announcement a few days ago that none from the poor will hear or read or see his statement because they do not have that luxury, which provide them access to the various media . they used the time to search for anything blocking hunger of their children they do not be attention never to broadcast or publish about them or what is happening around them.
I told a women were sitting on the edge of a small bridge and beg passers-by for some money I told her \" that a government official admitted that the economic policy led to increased numbers of poor and this may be the beginning of the solution to their problems\"
She looked to me with amazement and said \"No problem if you do not have the jaw money Give me anything you have\"

So the Iraqi government have to develop policies and realistic, fast and effective for the treatment of this big problem that led to other problems too in the community such as the marriage of underage girls and youth delinquency, criminality and let children the study and the transition to work in the streets and many other social ills that women are often the first victim .
If the government only do this announcement, this is unacceptable because it would be like a doctor who opened the deep wound and then left and go away.
