Empowering persons with disabilities through selected income generation activities in the Muyuka Sub Divsion

I have been working with the disabled and handicaps and had the pleasure to meet many who are very resourceful thus require lots of encoragement and support. One of them i admire greatly is Bah Gallus. He became blind at the age of 10.

Despite being visually impaired Bah is so talented and industrious; above all he loves passing on his skills and knowledge to others. Bah Callus came up with a project - EMPOWERING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH SELECTED INCOME GENERATION ACTIVITIES IN THE MUYUKA SUB DIVISION.

Here attached it the project and pictures of Bah instructing visually impaired Trainees at the Rehabilitation Center for the Blind in Buea (BULU BLIND CENTER), South West Province of Cameroon and Blind Trainees at the center.
The baskets are made of waste fibres and this is an environment plus for the 3Rs - to reduce, reuse, recycle

I will deeply appreciate if anyone can help this group or channel this project to any funding institution or Donor.

Thanks for assisting Foundation for the United Handicapped, Orphans and Street Children (FUHUSEA)
