SELF DESTRUCTION

Our contemporary society
Habours depressed people in our community
They engage themselves in self destruction
By inculcating attitudes with adverse condition

By human attributes
We are to contribute
Towards personal progress
Without being distress

It’s rather sad
To see many turn bad
Although they had aspirations
They defile their ambition

In retrospect
Some showed great prospect
Still, they indulge in falsehood
Contradicting their livelihood

Perhaps some suffer from depression
Causing them to have negative reaction
We should have total control of ourselves
To avoid destroying ourselves

Self destruction incriminate
And also misappropriate
It tarnishes our image
Resulting to human damage

People need to be firm
By trying to reaffirm
The impact of their actions
With regards to social implications

To be able to succeed
We should proceed
To develop self will
By not acting against our will

What ever our goals
Endeavour to stride towards your goal
By being fervent
And maintain a spirit that is ardent
