Introducing myself and my journal: Hope for all

About Me:
I am a woman aged 39 from a family of 11. I have been married for the past 14 years to a lovely man. I firmly believe in empowering women. Currently I am the Project Director for the Nehemiah Trust. My job has many challenges but I usually de-stress through gardening, baking and reading. One of my favourite books is the Story of William Wilberforce.

I love all kinds of food. My favorite dessert is cheesecake. I hope to one day write a book to inspire young girls to pursue their dreams in life.

I love my country Zimbabwe and pray that one day things will get better especially for women that have no jobs but have to put a decent meal on the table for their children each day.

I firmly believe that when women are educated they stand a chance at thriving in live instead of just surviving.

My Passions:
I love to see communities developed

My Challenges:
Harnessing enough resources to see assist in the empowerment of communities

My Vision for the Future:
One day I hope to enter politics and further the cause of the poor, especially marginalized women

My Areas of Expertise:
I am a great facilitator and also communicator and counsellor
