Introducing myself and my journal

About Me:
Born in Haiti and emigrated to the United States, specifically Brooklyn, New York at the age of eleven. Currently work as a social worker with at risk children as well as doing community based social work with families who have a child with Special Needs. My future goal is to relocate to Haiti within the next fives to hopefully work in the mental health social services fields. My interest lies in empowering women, men and children to seek social equity and justice.
